1.认知目标

1)能听懂、会说、会读、会写单词shirt, coat, sweater, jeans

2 能听懂、会说、会读句型Whose … is this? Is it …? Whose … are these? Are they ...?

No. You’re wrong. /Yes. You’re right.并能运用所学句型进行交流。

3)能诵读歌谣Whose cake is this?

2.能力目标

1)逐步培养学生“见词能读、听音能拼”的能力。

2)能了解歌谣的韵律,培养学生良好的节奏感。

3)初步了解名词所有格的含义和表达法。

4)培养学生的观察、思维、探究、表达和综合运用能力。

3.情感目标

1)激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生学习的积极性。

2)激发学生的参与意识,综合运用语言知识的意识和合作探究的意识。

3)培养学生正确的审美意识。

1)使学生掌握一些服装类的单词。

2)使学生能诵读歌谣Whose cake is this?

3)使学生能运用所学句型进行表达交流。

[教学过程]

Step 1 Revision time

1. What day is it today?   It’s …

What lessons do we have this morning /afternoon?  We have …

  What subjects do you like?  Oh, really? Why?     I like … Because …

2. I like English, too. Because it’s interesting.

  Look, here’s a puzzle. What is it? Let’s do the puzzle.

  Oh, it’s a dress. How do you spell dress? Whose dress is this?

  Today, we’ll continue to learn Unit 6 Whose dress is this?

3. Let’s review “Story time” (Ss watch the cartoon)

4. Let’s retell.

  There’s a fancy dress party. … are at the party. Su Yang’s gloves … They’re … Helen’s dress … It’s … They’re very happy.

(设计意图:师生自由对话,轻松交流,由 do a puzzle”自然引出本单元课题。回顾第一教时Story time的内容,并为下一环节创设情景做好铺垫。)

Step 2 Words time

1. At a fancy dress party, we can put on fancy clothes and play lots of games. Look, I

have an invitation. It’s from my friend Chris. Today is his birthday. Chris will have a fancy dress party. Would you like to go with me? OK. Here are three tasks for you.

2. Task 1 Know the names of some clothes.

3. Let’s look and read.

4. Let’s play a game. “Quick response” If you see the pictures or words, please read loudly. If you see Chris, please say ‘Hi, Chris!’.

6. Good job! Let’s move on.

(设计意图:创设情景,任务驱动,分层学习。任务一,学习衣服单词。在新授单词时,以旧带新,帮助学生掌握部分字母的发音规律,逐步培养学生见词能读、听音能拼的能力。)

Step 3 Fun time& Checkout time

    1. There are so many clothes here. Whose clothes are they? Task 2. Use “Whose” to ask questions.

Read the sentences and practice in pairs.

3. Whose jeans are these? Are they …’s? No. You’re wrong. /Yes. You’re right.

Read the sentences, then ask and answer.

    4. Read the sentences and find the rules. (Explain the usage of whose and possesive nouns)

5. It’s fun time. Let’s play with the pictures.

6. It’s checkout time. Turn to P43. please read and write.

7. I can use “whose” to ask questions. Can you? How many stars can you get? Let’s tick.

Step 4 Rhyme time

1. Look, what can you see by the lake? Oh, we can see a big cake. Whose cake is this? Task 3. Say the rhyme “Whose cake is this?” First, let’s enjoy the rhyme.

2. Let’s learn. (Learn the rhyme one by one) Let’s say it together.

3. I can make a new rhyme. Can you? Practice in pairs. (Make a new rhyme)

4. I can say the rhyme. “Whose cake is this?” Can you? How many stars can you get? Let’s tick.

(设计意图:任务驱动,分层学习。任务三,学说歌谣“Whose cake is it?”,并引导学生改编rhyme,培养学生良好的语言节奏感。

Step 5 Show time

1. You did a good job. Congratulations! Here we are. There’s a fancy dress party.

Now you can put on your clothes and make a dialogue with your partners. (Work in groups)

2. Let’s enjoy some pictures of the fancy dress party.

3. Dress up yourself and make your life more colourful.

Step 6 Homework
